camera! Cassette reloading and processing service is available as
outlined below.
Cassette Reloading
- Reload your Minolta 16 cassette 20 exposures Fuji Super G
color print (ISO 100) film $6.00 per cassette
- Reload your Minolta 16 cassette 20 Exposures Kodak Double X
(ISO 200) Black and White film $4.00 per cassette
For film reloading send your cassettes to the address below
with payment in check, MO or cash, and add $5.00 for return shipping
via priority mail. Payment must be made to: Tim
Verthein. Turn around time on reload orders is generally 24
hours.
Minolta 16 Film Processing
- Processing your Minolta 16mm C-41 color films costs $19.00.
This INCLUDES: Processing and printing your exposed film and
returning negatives and 3 x 4 1/2 inch glossy prints, reloading
your cassette with Fuji Super G ISO 100 color print film and
return postage.
- Processing of Black and White Minolta 16mm films costs
$7.50. Please note that there is presently NO PRINTING SERVICE available tor black and
white at this time. This includes developing and returning your
negatives and reloading your cassette with B&W film (cassette
can be reloaded with color instead for an additional $2), and
return postage.
- B&W Images CAN be scanned to
CD. Cost is $6.00 per roll, when ordered with your
developing. Negatives will be scanned and sent to you on Mac/PC
compatible CD, with images in both tiff and jpg formats. Note the
scanning service is NOT available for color films.
Simply send exposed films to address below with appropriate
payment. Turn around time on processing is generally 72 hours.
15V Batteries for Minolta
Flash
I also have available the little square 15 volt
batteries that fit many of the Minolta flash units. These are fresh
Eveready 504/NEDA 220 batteries. They also are used in many other
flash units of the era. Price is $7.50 each. No additional shipping
if ordered with film or processing, otherwise add $3.50 shipping.
AG1 and AG1-B Flashbulbs
I usually have a good stock of AG1 (clear) and AG1-B
(blue) flashbulbs for the Minolta 16 flash attachments. Price is
$8.00 per dozen, in original boxes. Brands vary, but are usually
Sylvania or General Electric. As usual shipping is $5.00, and if
ordered with any other items or processing one shipping cost covers
it all. PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST before ordering flash bulbs, as stock
varies from day to day. Just

availabilty for the type and quantity you want to order. Take note
the cost of flashbulbs is rising! Flashbulbs.com, a major supplier of
bulbs is now charging $25.00 for a pack of AG1 bulbs! I will try to
hold our prices as is for as long as possible, but these are no
longer being manufactured and will someday be all gone!
Minolta 16 Film Cassettes
I generally DO NOT have film cassettes available for
sale. Reloading prices above are for reloading your cassettes that
you send me. However, I do from time to time have some cassettes
available, and offer them for sale at $15.00 each. I ONLY sell
genuine cassettes, either those made by Minolta or by other reputable
manufacturers at the time the cameras and film were current stock.
There are some questionable recently made Minolta 16 cassettes
available and circulating. I DO NOT sell those. They have a
reputation for poor fit, light leaks and easy breakage. I ONLY sell REAL cassettes, manufactured by film
companies. You can be assured when you buy a cassette from me it is
not of the "home made" variety. Please
